Products are inspected before they are shipped.
Please contact us with any questions prior to a purchase - this is much less costly in terms of effort and time than returning something later.
Items not eligible for refunds are:
- All jewelry
- Live plants
- Any item(s) shipped by freight
There are times when a product doesn't work out. We're here to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Please consider the following:
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, unchanged, in other words, it must be in the same original condition that you received it in.
- It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- A refund is contingent upon the condition of the returned product and is issued at Bella Boehmian LLC's sole discretion.
Please call or email us prior to returning product with proof of purchase, and we'll send you the appropriate return address.
Our domestic & international return policy covers a 7 day window from the date of receipt of the product as indicated by the delivery service's tracking record. All customer choice or buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer paid shipping with insurance & tracking. If we do not receive the returned product, we cannot refund it.
