14 Day Grace Period

First off, thank you so much for shopping with us!

With the exception of earrings or ON SALE items, products purchased from bellabohemian.com may be returned within 14 days of the delivered date.

Return shipping, tracking, insurance* and fees are the responsibility of the customer.


All criteria must be met for returns:

  • Product(s) in original condition and packaging: undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and, when tagged, with all tags still attached
  • Shipped with tracking (and insurance *if value is $50 or more), in properly protective, padded packaging
  • Include a copy of
    • our return approval
    • your receipt
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Bella Bohemian reserves the right to deny a refund esp. if the merchandise is not fit for resale

If conditions are not met, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without our prior approval. Returned packages without an authorized return address will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for returned packages.

 

HOW TO Return an Item

  1. Please email return @ bellabohemian.com with your order number.
  2. Please follow the instructions in our reply.
  3. Refunds will be
    1. processed within circa 3 days
    2. where we will credit the original purchaser and original form of payment minus shipping costs provided the above conditions are met
    3. and we'll send you a confirmation via email
Note that your credit card company may take longer to show the credit on your account.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    Please note that a cancellation, if successful, is charged a 15% processing fee. Hence your refund will be partial, not full.

    If you contact us right away, before 15:00 PST (GMT-8) the same day of the order to request a cancellation, we'll do what we can to cancel your order. If your purchase has already shipped, then you'll need to go through the above refund process instead.

    We will not accept a cancellation request if the order has already shipped.
