Products are inspected before they are shipped.
Please contact us with any questions prior to a purchase, we're here to help! Communication is much less costly in terms of effort and time than returning something later. We don't want to take your money for something that you're not going to be happy with and we don't bite.
Items not eligible for returns/refunds are:
- All jewelry
- Any item(s) shipped by freight
If a freight item is missing any parts or damaged as discovered after unboxing an item, please reach out to us right away and we'll provide the missing parts or replace the damaged item at Bella Boehmian's or its suppliers' sole discretion. This is a very rare but not impossible eventuality. We'll do our very best to make sure your trust in us is not misplaced.
To get a refund on eligible items:
- .. the item must be unused, undamaged, unchanged, in other words, it must be in the same original condition with its original packaging that you received it in, with all original tags still attached
- A refund is contingent upon the condition of the returned product and is issued at Bella Boehmian LLC's or its suppliers' sole discretion.
Please call or email us prior to returning product with proof of purchase, and we'll send you the appropriate return address.
Our domestic & international return policy covers a 14 day window from the date of receipt of the product as indicated by the delivery service's tracking record. All customer choice or buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer paid shipping with insurance & tracking. If we do not receive the returned product, we cannot refund it.
