- Any item(s) shipped by freight
Damaged or Missing Parts
If an item is missing any parts or any part is damaged as discovered after unboxing, please reach out to us right away and we'll provide the missing parts or replace the damaged item at Bella Bohemian's or its suppliers' sole discretion. Claims for concealed damages must be submitted to Bella Bohemian within 3 days of receipt of the item. This is a very rare but not impossible eventuality. We're here to help You.
Refund on Eligible Items
Please call or email us before returning product with proof of purchase, and we'll send you the correct return address.
Our domestic & international return policy is to accept eligible items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product as indicated by tracking. All customer choice or buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and customer paid shipping with insurance & tracking. We can't process refunds for items that don't reach us.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, unchanged, in other words, it must be in the same original condition with its original packaging that you received it in, with all original tags still attached.
- A refund is contingent upon the condition of the returned product and is issued at Bella Bohemian LLC's or its suppliers' sole discretion.
