2024-07-28 — UPDATE
The problem with photos not showing on product pages has been resolved.
As of Monday 15 July last week I've experienced a problem where upon updating my inventory, product photos, particularly in the Christmas Décor & Botanica categories, are disconnected from the product page. The product is there but now you can't see its photos. Case in point: https://bellabohemian.com/collections/spirit-of-christmas-decor
I've been in contact with Shopify's Technical Support since problem inception but haven't seen any traction when it comes to a solution. While I cannot rule out that the problem is on my side, I also cannot help but think that Shopify's mechanism for importing data is malfunctioning, something I cannot fix for them since I don't have access.
Of course Shopify laying off hordes or employees is probably not helping its customers, me!
To be clear, the site as a whole is functioning as it should except for this.
