Will the US provide us with a stable economy going forward?
I think the probability of the US prospering is very good because it has been the gobal markets' cash cow for a very long time. The problem was that prior to 2025, it made very poor business arragements and agreements with its global trading partners, and that for decades, which is something that is now being corrected.
There must be mutual benefit to business transactions.
The short-term posturing by foreign markets and temporary discomfort, including a volatile looking stock market, is a mere knee-jerk reaction, a short-term effect after having been taken advantage of for so long. I'm sure it feels uncomfortable for other countries to be called out to have integrity of fostering mutual benefit all-of-a-sudden after having grown accustomed to free money at US tax-payers' expense.
While we are over-reliant on Chinese products, it is going to have to engage in equitable business practices if it wants to participate in the global market long-term.
Once everyone plays ball like adults, everyone prospers.

What this means for You
The reason I am writing is to let you know that these tariffs don't affect our products at all, as far as that goes for current inventory, if it's of foreign origin. For future inventory we're always on the lookout for quality products made right here in the USA and there is a whole global market out there that is currently stabilizing with either a 10% or 0% tariff!
Fear not!
High tariffs affect us as much as it does you. So it's in our mutual interest to be smart: find quality products at prices that make sense, provided you're looking for heirloom artifacts rather than short-term fixes.
